Hello Heartbeats! Happy August to you! Today I want to remind you that you are equipped with a very powerful weapon that can defeat the enemy every time. What weapon is that? It’s that thing right under your nose and right above your chin…your mouth. Yes, your mouth. The mouth is very powerful and when used correctly by speaking faith filled words gives you the capability to change your situation. Your words have power. They determine your present and your future. They also determine your state of mind. But most importantly, your words are lasting. They’re powerful. Good or bad, they linger long after they’ve been spoken. Remember when God created the earth, he used words. He spoke them into existence. Let there be light and there was light…and light still exists today.
So make sure when you speak, you’re speaking life into or over your situation. Make sure your words are words that will last from generation to generation. Never agree with what the enemy said about your situation. Say what God said. The Bible says you have what you say. Whatever you speak that’s what’s going to appear. So watch your words. Choose them carefully. Make sure your words encourage, heal and praise. Not dishearten, wound or criticize. Make sure your words line up with the Word of God and not with what the world says. You have the power to change any situation and defeat the enemy every time and it all starts with your words. Confess: God wants me whole and I’m getting whole by the minute!
