Take the advice of Proverbs 4:20-22, “My child, pay attention to what I say. Listen carefully to my words. Don’t lose sight of them. Let them penetrate deep into heart, for they bring life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body.” So look, listen and medicate on the Word of God. Following this prescription ensures the result of wholeness…nothing missing, nothing broken. So since it’s a new year! Why not a new you? No more looking back. Keep moving forward. That’s how you don’t make the same mistake. Break the old bad habits and pick up some new good ones. You know, like no more bad eating. Instead more healthy choices. Less time sitting around. More exercise for your body. Decide to take care of your temple. You only have one. No more negative words about yourself. Only speak faith filled works. Say what God says about you. The new year is sure to be better than the old one if you simply change old habits to new ones and follow the advice of Proverbs 4:20-22. My friend, you can do it!
